“Prophet Hud was dispatched to the ancient Arabian nation of 'Aad in Al-Ahqaf (sandy dunes), renowned for monumental pillar architecture (Iram of the Pillars).”

Have you not considered how your Lord dealt with 'Aad - [With] Iram - who had lofty pillars, the likes of which were not created in the lands?
“Prophet Salih was sent to Thamud in Mada'in Salih (Al-Hijr), who carved monumental dwellings out of rocky cliffs and demanded the miracle of the She-Camel.”
« بعثة صالح عليه السلام إلى ثمود في الحجر ونحت البيوت في الجبال وآية الناقة. »

وَلَقَدْ كَذَّبَ أَصْحَابُ الْحِجْرِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ... وَكَانُوا يَنْحِتُونَ مِنَ الْجِبَالِ بُيُوتًا آمِنِينَ
And certainly did the companions of the stone land [Al-Hijr] deny the messengers... And they used to carve from the mountains, houses, feeling secure.

آتُونِي زُبَرَ الْحَدِيدِ ۖ حَتَّىٰ إِذَا سَاوَىٰ بَيْنَ الصَّدَفَيْنِ قَالَ انفُخُوا ۖ حَتَّىٰ إِذَا جَعَلَهُ نَارًا قَالَ آتُونِي أُفْرِغْ عَلَيْهِ قِطْرًا
Bring me sheets of iron - until, when he had leveled [all] between the two mountain walls, he said, 'Blow,' until when he had made it [like] fire, he said, 'Bring me, that I may pour over it molten copper.'
